1. What's up with Dak'kons Blade? It says mage types cant use the weapon so who can use this wicked Katana so they can access the extra spells: dual classed mages, multiclassed mages and bards?

2. If the Wakizashi/Ninja-To/Scimitar are the same type of weapon why cant the druid use the wakizashi and ninja-to?

Thanks in advance and please forgive my ignorance if the answers are very simple.

1. You answered this yourself.

2. They're the same specialty, but not exactly the same weapon. Besides that, it's just the way the rules are written. At least they let the druid use another weapon this time around, before they couldn't even use scimitars.
