scrolls and enchantment?

Hi i'm new here... few questions
erm i was just taking a leisurely stroll outside Seyda Nee when this guy falls out of the sky. He's got some scroll on him. How do i use it? I tried using it like a potion, but all i get is this piece of paper on my screen with funny letters.
How do u enchant scrolls so that they have spells on them?
How do u enchant weapons? I got a soul gem, but how do i use it with the soul trap spell?
How do u make potions?
Can u enchant clothes, if so how?
If any one (or more) could take the time to answer these questions i'd really appreciate it.

try reading the manual for the soul trap stuff.and maybe the scroll spell is in the spell inventory but im not sure as i just got it.
