Well, I am a fighter but I need to learn "security" skill without joining Thieves guild or others alike,but I can pay good money for that.Now I only need to find a person and bribe him/her.
Question two: There is a quest in fighters guild where you are given directions to kill an orc who is a very big trouble at the local farmland noth-east of Delagiad.I've been in that cave and killed the orc and his two friends.I even killed the one who appear when you take some games.When I return to the farmer he says the same as it was before i killed the orc.
Now I don't now what to do.

Some quests are problematic that way. Don't return to the farmer. Return to the guild.

I did, but the same with the guild.Says: When will the dial with the orc be finished?
bug?

Hmmmm...you killed all three? Did you loot the bodies? Perhaps all three bodies need to "vanish" before the game acknowledges their defeat.

See if Fable can help you get it squared away. If not, tommorrow post which quest giver gave you the quest and I'll dig in the editor about this time tommorrow to see if I can't find a workaround for you. You might just have to call up the console and enter in a script or journal call.

There are several trainers of Security not related to Guild.
Nonetheless the best way to develop security i know is:
- buy spell to learn Lock;
- make a spell or an item (since your char. is fighter, resp. not very skilled in Alteration, an item might be better) with low Lock (somewhere in 1...5...10pt);
- get a set of lockpicks, they'd cost you about the same as one level training with trainer;
- find a corner with chest or door where nobody might disturb you;
- practice: Lock, Unlock, at running out of mana rest or go wandering a bit if it's item you use; (well, if it's a door, do not forget to leave a way out if occasionally you'd run out of lockpicks or other means to unlock )
You'll get your security up, will gain some multiplier for INT (what you won't if you'd use trainer services) and you'll develop also Aleration or Enchanting by the way.

Holy $hit, I understand why the quest is not completed yet.I returned to that cave and wanted to rest,but it was said "There are enimies nearby".so I looked at the top of some platform above.To my surprise I saw a shadow running back and forth,then standing like nothing happens.The problem is that there are no ways to get to that platform
Now I am in the deepest thoughts how to get rid of that so-called monster

Have you ever heard about levitation, Raising Force potions or so? Mayhap also some good Jump scroll might help (you have got some at the very begining, haven't you?)

solve yer quest problem.......

hey champ, i just completed this quest and its real simple.........those 3 guys u killed, and that fourth guy who appears after u take the pearl, they are not the guys u need to kill to get the quest............if u leave the shrine that those guys are in and walk south and east of that, there is a second shrine entrance............the second shrine leads to the upstairs of the shrine you were in. the guy u need to kill is there. hope it helps

no problem. hehe that was my first post.

even though you dont belong to theif guild, quite a few thieves, try out their fav hangouts...will train you in security for cassh...good merchant skills really help....

so find one of them, and train.....you cant get the secret master of secuirty unless you join, hmmm...wonder if control creature might work....

gotta try it...

but the free lancers will get you up to 70, easy, if your int is high and you have the cash...

then use lockpicks and lock spell...

but best of all, unless you like to role paly fighter theif, make a ring with open 100 points in a nice expensive ring or extravagant ring...will substitute security training with enchant training, a much more useful skill, imho, and traps, well, i usually just take it, if i am in hurry, atroanch sign and saviors hide if you are not breton is good enough...also, if you no join mage guild, i didnt in this game, taunt trebonius in vivec and get necromancers amulet after whacking him...no you do not lose guild services...
