Twisted Rune? Spolier possible

I've played through the game twice now and still have no idea what or where this is. Somebody help me out please.
you know the tanner from the murders? yes
The house is just to the north I think and looks the same more or less. there are a lich in the basement. I that house with the lich there is a door on the south-east side of the house. here you need a rouge stone.(the door is looked but just juse knock or thiefs) you will be teleported to the twisted rune one of the harder battles of BG2.
