newbee at inchaning. how do i make my glass boots like my boots of blindind speed

my enchant level is 53. this will be my first try to enchant an item. thanks for any tips
not going to happen...first, glass boots are low in enchant points...this is an example of why games provided items, in some, but by no means all cases is better than stuff you make yourself..
if you did the constant effect on a pair of boots to boots, they would need to be at enchant points aorund 1000!!!!
the smart enchanter knows you never waste the best soul gems on doing yourself, dont even bother trying until you get to enchant secret master, use a calm humanoid spell, and train until you peak out at 100...you get some gold, and go to the professionals at the mage guild or at various places...
never use anything above common yourself, to do that simply drag soul gem, filled over your doll, and you will get teh enchatn screen....
