Has someone with a Nvidia Graphic card and shutter glasses tried to play the game in stereo 3d ?

I'm not sure what you mean.
Your grafic doesn't have to do anything with your sound, so I guess I don't understand.

Care to specify? :)

Sure

Nvidia graphic cards are able to generate stereoscopic 3D graphics.
There will be a picture for the left and for the right eye that are swapped.
If the card/monitor is running with 100hz(100 picture displays per second) the left picture will be displayed 50 times and the right too.
Without shutter glasses you would see a mix of 2 pictures.
The shutter glasses however are shutting the left or right glass dark so the eye only sees the right picture.
This way you will see pictures at 50hz but in true feeling stereo 3D.
Now the special thing is that nvidia drivers allways support stereo 3d for all 3d games since the stereo data is included in the 3d data.
Generally one can say that every true 3d game can be watched in stereo 3d if you activate the generic nvidia drivers.
And since those shutter glasses only cost around $20 or $50 for wireless its a very cool thing.
However some games dont work with stereo 3d because of various reasons, such as opengl is not working in stereo or directx or both.
That is why I am asking people who have a setup of nvidia card, shutter glasses and have other 3d games working in stereo 3d if Neverwinter Nights is working too.

Goodness! I remember when movie theaters were doing precisely the same thing in the 1950s with some really trashy 3D films. What's next--Smell-O-Vision? :D
