Getting to Ulgoth's Beard

I've installed ToSC and want to continue with my original BG party, but I can't seem to get ToSC locations on the map (f. i. Ulgoth's Beard) and NPCs that should be able to point me there (the leader of the halfling village to Durlag's Tower for instance) have disappeared??
Please help

I believe Ulgoth's Beard is north of the Bandit camp, and east of the farm directly beside Baldur's gate (the farm with zombies on it). There's a guy at Ulgoth's Beard who can point you to Durlag's Tower, and the other locations are given from quests around the village.

do you mean you aren't even getting the grey outline on the map? if you just can't get to it, go north from the bridge to baldur's gate and i believe you can then travel there with impunity. otherwise, re-install ToSC.

When you install ToSC it asks if you wish to convert your old saved games to ToSC characters. If you press "NO", (easily done by misstake), then you can't get to those new locations (Durlags, wearwolfislan, Ulgoths bears). There is a program directly in your BG folder with the name Mconvert that let's you convert savedgames without re-installing the game.
