Do Bows or Dart or other weapons still have extra attacks ?

Yes all weapons benefit from extra attacks gained through BAB and all ranged weapons(except for crossbows) benefit from the rapid shot feat as well.

OK
So the maximum shots with a Bow, Crossbow, Dart would be 4+1, if you have a base attack value of 16+ ?

No if you have a BAB of +16(not counting Dex bonuses, or any magic bonus, or weapon focus because these wont add to # of attacks) you should have attacks at 16, 11, 6, and 1 with a bow or any thrown item, if you have a crossbow you wont get the extra attacks as often.
Whoops read your previous post completely wrong. You are correct except with crossbows. They cant be used with Rapid Shot.
