this is a concept idea, sorta like the most evil cheesy weapon ever, and i am so glad it cannot be built, and i would call it....

"shoot the cripples crossbow"

but the cheesiest, most evil weapon idea ever is

constant effect levitation on a ranged weapon!!!

its such a bad idea in so many ways...think of putting in a weapon that is designed to take advantage of terrain cheese...

No, the biggest cheese weapon is a Daedric Claymore with Calm Humanoid on it. Hit them once and if they're not dead they'll be calmed anyway so you can get in a second hit with no risk at all.

Would totally break the game but would be quite interesting.

I think this is actually cheesier - for once you have been beaten User The reason? You have to aim with a bow and it uses arrows/bolts

However in the "shoot the cripples"'s defence is the fact that if there is another person around when you whack the dude with the claymore, they get pissed off with you, don't they?

Yes, I'd been thinking of a sword with Charm, set to Cast when Strikes.

calm does not work on daedra.....

see, conceptually, this weapon would be you would equipp weapon, then immediately float awy to beyond retaliation range,....giggle..

Yeah, the guards would get pissed, but you could slice them too, and if you had put it on say a Daedric Claymore and had good strength & longsword skills they're not going to live long.

ok, this weapon, can be made...see my post on "new class of superweapons"

You could give the sword an area effect so you could calm the whole room with one swing.
