Okay i just started BG2 SOA and i have TOB installed. Only problem is random important characters won't talk to me. I try to initiate dialogue and i get a message that says i can't because the person is busy. Obviously a bug or glitch but the question is how do i fix it?

Install the TOB patch from Bioware.com.

That's a windowsXP problem,
it's solved with the latest patch.
