Where is my stronghold? I thought since I'm in the Imperial legion I can hoarde my stuff inthe treasure chests scattered inside of Fort Gnisis. But When I take these stuff stuff out, the guards accuse me of stealing from them

you only get a stronghold from either house hillalu,house redoran, or house telvanni. or if your ****ed like me because you killed atleast one person in each of the houses quests, u dont get one.
