I have the feat called shot but can't find it in the radial menu to put in a hot slot. Anyone know how I can pull it up?

If you're talkin about the boxes on the bottom... shortcuts... just right click on the box and should bring up the radial menu. Some of the icons overlap with the bar itself so you may have missed it.
