Sorry to keep asking about so many quests (i swear i got more quests complete than not

), but does anyone know where to find Tomi's documents (or the guy who was supposed to forge them for him)?

IIRC, they're in the blacksmith's place in the corner of the Beggar's Nest.

The documents are in the district that leads to the graveyard. Can't recall the name. In the Wagon Repair shop in the lower corner of the map.
