I have surched the vivic sewers since that is where the towns folk told me (in the arena) and i cant not seem to find it. Are the people lieing?? Where can i join?? Any other spots beside vivic i can join at.

This one took a while for me too, you find it in the canalworks. Go to the storage room and then open the trapdoor to hidden area and that is the Morag Tong.
