where is he? i tracked him to an island with a vampire. i search both the tome and the hide out. i found a note that he left but it didn't help much. is he supposed to be there?

is there a consle command that i can use to make him appear so i can kill him?

If you came in by the northern entrance, once you pass the area where the floor is covered with water, you'll come to a open room with a passage to the left. Stay in the room and look up. There is an upper level, which you enter through a small hole in the wall-not the ceiling. There are a bunch of rocks and small boulders that close the area up. If you came through the ancestral door, follow the passage to the room and backtrack if you hit water. Does this make sense?

doh! it does make sense. i figured it was a bug and i found the console command to make him appear. it fixed my quest and i have moved on .
