Where is Sharweyn's item needed to complete her quest?

Also, where are the two bounty hunters on the North and East road. I've killed the ranger in the Druid Camp and the dwarf on the south road but can't find the other two.

hmmm ... trying to remember which one that is ...

Was she the one that needed the lock of hair ? If so, near the Neverwinter forest, near the druid camp, there is a tree that is home (in the corner of the map)
