Ch3 - Location of Forge?

Where in Luskan is the smith who creates weapons when you give him the components? I've looked all over and haven't been able to find him.

Mate, the special forge thing can be found in the building labelled "trading post" on the map...

If you are still in the city of Luskan then you are still in Chapter 2. You don't get to chapter 3 until after you leave Luskan. Then like Dik said it is labeled Trading post. They don't hide this one from you like they did in Chapter 1.
