Looking for a Verify on a Weapon...*Spoilers wanted*

I've been wondering if anyone has found the Shining Light of Lathander Greatsword yet. I am also wondering if it has a set drop or is random like most other weapons. So Far, in chapter 2, I've seen tons of good magic items but not this particular one.

Any insight or help will be greatly appreciated.

spoiler I found this greatsword in the fire giant dungeon(chapter 3), after defeating the red dragon in the end (in his back room)
