Constant affect rings

Im wonder ing if there are any constant healing rings available because im considering making either a fairly powerful weapon or a healing ring and sinece costant affect rings of healing cost so much i cant afford both so if u no the location a constant affect healing ring please tell where.

I have managed to raise enough money for both a cool weapon and a regenerative ring but if any 1 has found another ring i still wanna no.

It's not exactly an enchanted ring, but the Necromancer's Amulet is an extremely powerful artifact that has what you're looking for, among other things. You can only get it from Trebonius Artorius, an Arch-Mage and Guildmaster of the mage's guild in Vivec.

Advance high enough in the ranks of the mage's guild, and you'll be able to eventually challenge Trebonius to a duel for the position of Guildmaster. The Necromancer's Amulet can be looted from his corpse. Good luck!
