First Legion Quest query

Darius wants the land deed from widow whatshername. She refuses to give it up, saying a legionary murdered her husband. He says don't take no for an answer.
Can this quest be completed without killing her?

There are several ways to go about
Very Bad Man- Kill Her
Just doing My Job- Steal the Deed from her chest
Preachers Son- Long and drawn out, but more rewarding

Yep, I want to do it the good boy way. I don't mind butchering those who deserve it or those who really rub me up the wrong way but killing a defenceless widow doesn't really fit my game character. Not unless there's a Writ of Honourable Execution involved anyway

OK here goes.
Go to the eggmine that the widow says her hysband was killed in. Talk to the gaurd about the egg mine and he'll give you the key. Go down to the lower mine and you'll find an Orc that counts to ten before attacking...just walk past him and go into the underground stream. you'll find the ghost of the widows husband there.
I'll put the rest in my next post in case you want to finish it out on your own.

The ghost will tell you that the Orc killed him with the Axe at the bottom of the pool. Take it . Go out and kill the Orc (it will save you a trip back) and go talk to Darius.
Also, if you continue down through the stream you'll come out into the river. Now go talk to Darius about "land deed". That will make you a true saint (in your own eyes).!!
