I`ve seen screen shots of people with more than 1 Henchman, how is this done? Or are they just summoned creatures?

Everytiiem i choose another henchman it replaces the old 1

You can only have one Henchman at any given time. You may have seen a pic from a multiplayer game. In addition to the Henchman, you can also have a Familiar, an Animal Companion and a Summon (if you have the right classes, that is).
