Please don't think me increadibly stupid, but what are all these things? I am having a hard time following exactly what Argyle is and what blades of the banshee is to it and then what never winter nights has to do with that?

I went to a site for argyle and then read a small what are we on a different site for blades of the banshee, but I am having trouble putting it all together. What is the objective to the group. What is the group currently doing? What sort of stuff can GameBanshee member take part in?

Wel.....
Argyle is a persitant world project that some DMs from Canada is currently putting together, it will act much like a mmorpg for NwN, but with much more RPG in it.
BoTB is just a gathering of people from gamebanshee that feel they are dedicated roleplayers and would like to roleplay in NwN with people they know and trust (well somewhat

).
For now - we don't do much - most people are still playing the singleplayer campaing.
But what we (hopefully will do) is to roleplay in Argyle, and maybe get the "group" (if you can call this amount of people a group) created as a guild in Argyle (most of us like Argyle due to it seriousity and dedicated roleplaying filosofi)
What we also will do (hopefully) is to play multiplayer modules with each other, DM them for each other and maybe create modules for others in BoTB to play.
The reason we have come together as a group is that most of us know each other from these forums and trust each other a whole deal more than some person just walking into ei. GameSpy (I know - I wouldn't play over gamespy if it was only means of multiplayer).
So basically - that is all we (want to) do.
Roleplay a computergame with people we "know"
Hope this helps.

And there is also the P&P section of the guild, which I'm currently trying to get started. It's called "Argyle by Email," and is a D&D pen&paper campaign based on the Blades of the Banshee in Argyle.
So, if you're interested, I'd love to accept new players.....though I also need new DMs to help out.

Sound cool. How do I find you guys online to play Multiplayer with? Does game banshee have a server for this?

Not that I know of. Argyle had a practice server up....but they've taken it down until the bring up the first part of the persistent world...a city called Soberdan.
Go to
http://www.lonerhino.com/argyle to find out more. Just be sure not to mention our names there, as we're trying to remain a secret. Only the DMs and a few other people know about us.

Besides Argyle - all playing would be done via direct connect to other members that want to host modules.
So when a couple of people get together to play, one will host and the other will log on to him.

Well I guess my next response is whether any of you would like to play a game??? (That is of course unless any of you are like a ton of gamespy players that seem to be cheating

)
p.s. Is there anyone working on modules for GameBanshee??? Do they need any help???

Yeah, I'd like to play a game. We can either use characters we are developing (like my fighter/cleric 4/4) or new characters. In the evening is fine for me.
I'm also developing a module, not necessarily Game Banshee related but which I'd be very happy to play or DM for you guys. That is, when it's gonna be finished.

Thanks guys for your help. Sound like it is going to be a lot of fun. Perhaps a sticky thread (that sure does sound yummy) should be placed for people interested in playing together. People who follow that thread will know what days, etc... people would like to get together.
