ok, i have a major major problem. i have a huge glitchy thing. on most every npc that i try to talk to it always says that i cannot initiate dialogue because they appear to be busy, i have the latest update and ToB installed. i cannot download patches because it says i don't need them because of ToB. how can i fix this problem? i cannot talk to anybody and cannot complete quests. i have tried to reinstall several times but to no avail. am i just gonna have to go buy a new copy? i've had this one since the game came out and have played through 5 times without this problem. why all the sudden is it doing this? i've tried everything, but any suggestions would be appreciated.

Try looking on Bioware's site, under Known Issues. This is actually an extremely commen problem. I believe the latest ToB patch resolves it...
