I´m playing as a multi-class cleric/thief lvls. 15/13, but I can´t use the thieving and hide in shadows ability, only detect traps...
Anyone got a clue??

Wearing more than studded leather? You have a button that says "more buttons", which you have to press before seing the thieving buttons?

Astafas is correct. There's not enough room on the toolbar to show all of a Cleric/Thief's skills at once, so you have to hit one of the buttons to bring up another toolbar for the other Thieving button. It's kind of a pain, but you'll get used to it.
BTW, Cleric/Thieves are cool.

I knew that it was in the "more buttons" option, but I still couldn´t use it... I think it´s the armor thing, - but then why can I use find traps??

Gnome (remember Tiax?) and Half-Orc.

@Jaesha: you don't need agility just to
find a trap!

You can detect traps (as well as set traps) while wearing metallic armor, but you can't disarm traps, pick pockets, open locks, hide in shadows, or move silently while wearing metallic armor. Does that answer your question?

Which armor are you using? I recommend the Black Dragon Scales. As for weapons, use either Staves (Staff of Striking, Staff of Rhynn...) or Clubs (Blackblood, Gnasher...) in order to keep your backstabbing ability. The later will of course give you the option of a Shield.

Thanks, both, you told me exactly what I wanted to know.
