lol ok smart guy.... where can i find someone to train me in alteration...it kinda sucks when i cant use my levitate spell i really need it lol....

Heres who you go to: Seryne Relas in Tel Branora. I believe she resides in her own house.

I thought you meant there was an establishment called the school of alteration. Sorry for the confusion :)
