Is there any real difference in GAMEPLAY, playing with a group of good or evil characters ?

You have to keep your rep a tiny bit lower so you have to pay a tiny bit more for stuff.... not that it matters

Several, though "good" and "evil" are more a matter of general selfishness vs selflessness. Do a search on "evil actions" or "good actions" and you should come up with plenty of stuff.

Because being evil usually like to kill along the way. Therefore some quests that required further investigation might just ended short by assasinating your target to complete your objective. I would love to play evil and see the difference.

its not so fun being evil since most of the quests in the game require that you do something good, and i think it would had been good if they had given each quest an evil path instead of just evil dialouges...

I just finished the game with an evil party.
A couple of notes - it seems to me that all the best NPCs are the evil ones. Best Fighters Korgan (and in ToB Sarevok), best Cleric Viconia, best Mage hands down is Edwin, not only a conjurer, but also with a necklace that adds 2 more spells at each level.
That being said there is the fact that the majority of the quests seem geared for nice folks, and you lose considerable XP. Of course...slaughtering folks for the sheer joy of it sure makes up for a lot of that.
The character interactions in the evil party is a lot more amusing too. Edwin and Korgan get the /best/ lines.
Last of all - it was really fun to /always/ pick the rudest answer possible and watch the NPC reactions. There is a certain exhiliration to being nasty too, though maybe that is a byproduct of all those Paladin's over the years.
