Haer'Dalis - Aerie romance?

Okay, I've got a problem which has been bugging me a long time now. My main charachter is a woman having a sweet romance with Anomen [now really, am I the ONLY ONE who likes him?], so everybody understands that I cannot have a romance with Aerie.

I've got Aerie and Haer'Dalis in my group and I love to see how their little romance is advancing. Once they were practising their play, and in the middle of it Haer'Dalis admits his love for Aerie. Aerie gets mad and wants to be alone.

Now I've been waiting A LONG TIME for their next dialogue, but no. So, is that it? They both have died [a few times..] after this [they both have really low hit point], so is this the reason to this "break up", or is it just a bug? Is there any way I could get it to continue, because I'd really love to see how it goes on. I know, that there is a way to restore a romance between the main-guy and his/her lover, but what about this one? Please help!

Not sure if anything like Imprisonment or turn to stone would have the same affect for their romance as it does for the PC romance, I'd just give it more time, it continues through ToB if you have it.

I'm not sure about that, but I think that Aerie / Haer'Dalis "romance" can proceed beyond a certain point only if the pc is male. :(

I don't know why you haven't seen any more romance dialogues between Aerie and Haer'Dalis. Their interaction is based entirely on a script, so I don't see why they would break up for any reason besides something that happens in the script.

In my own game (with a female main character), Aerie got ticked off at Haer'Dalis in Spellhold and broke up with him because of something he said. I don't know if there's anything I could have done to avoid that. I'm aware that their romance can continue in Throne of Bhaal (they only have about four dialogues), but I'm not sure how that works, since they broke up in Shadows of Amn when I played the game. Maybe they don't always break up in Shadows of Amn. But as far as I know, it's controlled by a script.
