I have the hilt and the blade but not the pommell gem. where can i find it?

It's in the Irenicus Dungeon, in the mistress' room IIRC. If you didn't pick it up there, you can't get it legally now, that I know of. However, it is worth quite a lot (225 gp IIRC) so you might wish to check shops where you may have sold it, not recognizing it's value.

And If you left it in the dungoen you are out of luck but you can always get it with SK. Or with the console as well, if you need the code just let me know

I would appreciate the console code. I looked every where for that damn gem. I checked each vendor in the prominode. I think i left there because right after i escaped the dungeon I saw a help message that said i could create and control my whole party using the multi=player function. So i started over and raced through the first chapter and i think i fordot to pick up the gem

Enter the following at the console to put the pommel gem into your inventory:
