BotB Charcter

I have decided to change my charcter after finding out i didnt like my other one. My revised charcter is Saeril Karaskdiir, a half elven rogue/wizard. His stats are:
Str-10
Dex-15
Con-12
Int-16
Wis-8
Cha-14
