More Exp

On another msg board ive seen this topic raised...
So basicly is this true?
When you pick up an npc for the first time there exp matches your own, up to a certain point, Lvl 16 or so (Different for class obviosly)
So considering that if you say.. Kill a dragon and get 60k exp, but have 6 party members, this works out to what? 10k each? or 60k for the person who killed it? Either way, it sucks.
But if your character solos a portion of chapter two, simply not taking the 30k each party member quest rewards and only takes the one hit exp awards and kills the big baddies (Dragons, liches etc) until he reaches the point to which the npc, stop advancing
When you pick up the npcs, these one hit awards will be reflected in there exp score.. In total,
So in effect, killing a dragon is like awarding your future party 60k exp, each...
If this is true, it works out of a chunk of extra exp
But has anyone tried this ?? Does it work? Ive heard it works.. Im tying it *Now*
