I can't seem to find a steady supply of good soulgems. Does anyone know where to find a shopkeeper with a lot of them?
P.S, Does anyone know where to find a scroll of Summon Golden Saint?

common soulgems down can be purchased in Tel Branora (unlimited supply).

I make my own, either with soul trap or the dagger that Edwin in Balmora gives you for completing the mage guild quests that she sets.
