OH MY GOD!!!! Sorry, I am laughin my head off as I write this!
I found a joke in the game. I found this island (its on your map at the very top left) there is a shak called (big head's shack) Inside is a argorian (SP?) talk to him and he will say funny stuff. But thats not it. Look at the table beside him and you will see.....
THE FORK OF HOLLIPATION!!!! (SP?) ITS A FORK!!!! It does about 2 damage and has a constant affect of Drain magicka 200 points!!!! LMAO!!!!

Thats a quest. Its not really a joke. Theres a quest that has to deal with that.

Is the liar that you mean the funny khajiit that has the dialogue options for talking about the mudcrab merchant, dragons, the emporer crab etc? Because if some of that khajiit information is correct (mudcrab merchant) the rest could as well be.

There are also quite a few jokes spread throughout the game. We've had several threads pointing 'em out, before.
