best armor plz answer

I've heard that lords mail is the best armor id like ur opinion
I have :
Cuirass of the Saviors Hide
Armor Rating 266 max
Condition 2400
Wight 15 Light
Cost 150000
Constant Effect: 60% Resist Magicka
and Lord's Mail has:
Armor 333
condition 3000
wight 30 heavy
cost 190000
Cast:Cure Poison and Resist Magicke 20-30% for 30 secs
I believe that the cuirass is far better than the lords for the reason that it is very good as to armor rating and makes u almost immune of magicka (i am lvl40 so...) and u can pair them up with the boots of blinding speed and run like hell.........

Call me insane, but I think Ebony Mail is the best armor in the game.

Any stats. on the Ebony Mail?
I wear the Cuirass of Saviours Hide partly because it has an AR of 253 compared to 216 for the Lord's Mail. Is there a glitch somewhere? I'm on a PC.

No glitch. One uses light armor skill, the other uses heavy armor skill. You must have a higher light armor skill.

Its not JUST ebony-in fact its the medium armor-It has MUCH MUCH more to it than just that-its a tamrelic artifact. But I aint going to post spoilers regarding finding the armor or even what it does. When you get it-youll know.

If you carry on with the main quest you'll find it.

The name of this special cuirass is called Ebony Mail. If you join the Tribunal Temple you will be given this as quest to get it.

The Ebony Mail is a Tribunal Temple quest and the Savior's Hide is the main quest.

If i join now the telvanni how many quests do i have to pass to get the mail?
i am already grandmaster at hlaalu and master at fighters guild
