WK level 4 Need some Help (spoiler)

So I am on the 4th floor of WK. I am at the lamp part to open up the locked door. I know the combination to lite the lamps but when I do this I still Can not open the door. I have download all current patches and a fix pack for TOB to try to solve this problem. But no such luck. I was woundering if there is a cheat to get past this door. I would like to get things moving along. Can anyone help me out.

The sequence with which you light the lamps is on the floor tiles,
If you bring up your map you will notice, just inside the upper and lower sets up doors (Upper, leads to the magic golems, Lower to the Mimic chests)
There are three tiles, just inside each door... Follow the colour and order of these tiles and the door will open

yes yes but....
Spoiler for some below.
I am pretty sure that the tiles are in the right order. Off the top of my head I think they are:
RED-------Purple
rED-------Blue
Purple------REd
I will check this again to make sure but they are the same as the tiles. And the door will not open. I have tried mixing up this rotation but no luck.
How can I get it open. If this is right combo.

you might be able to use cntrl +j to teleport to the other side of the door

To be sure, it's:
Red-------Blue
Red-------Purple
Purple------Red
But you probably already tried that.

make sure that you didn't mix up purple and blue at some place, it's pretty dark and they can sometimes look very alike.

Thank you all.
Thanks for the help I made it through. What my problem was the left hand side of flames was not right. I had the purple and the blue mixed up. But I did have it set up just like the tiles but the left one is oppsite to what the flames have to be. I thought it had to be the same???? Anyways on to the last level.
