Potion icons plug-in

There's a plug-in out there that gives you potion icons that are specific to what the potion actually does. I've seen this mentioned on other boards, and some boards even claim to have it, but whenever I've searched databases on "potion," I never can find that plug-in. I've also checked through mod databases without any luck. Does anyone have a specific web address where this mod can be downloaded? Thanks, in advance.

I've seen it in the download section of
Morrowind Summit site, but haven't downloaded it yet. The site has been busy all day today.

itsnot that MWS is busy, the database broke and hasnt been updated or used in about a week. For some reason it just crashed, and it sucks because that is the best place to get d/ls...

Just managed to download the plug-in. I haven't checked all potions yet, but looks okay. They look more like BG style&colour bottles (mind you, I'm using 800x600 screen due to my monitor size), so, it's a bit too colourful compared to the originals. With so many potions, I presume it is difficult to design all of them in the similar taste... At least, it's easier to identify now.
The site is still having difficulties. I've got two different errors; "too many users" and something else with server.
