Just wondering how weapon speeds (attackes per round?) are affected by BoS and Haste.

With BoS, does having Gaunlets of Extraordinary Specialisation have any affect?

I don't really understand the process entirly so any explanations would be most welcomed.

As I recall, Haste isn't supposed to affect weapon speed, just speed of movement. I think there may have been a bug with this in early releases, but it was fixed, later on. Improved Haste affects attack speeds, too.
