Code for Restoration Scroll?

Is there a create item code for a restoration scroll? I couldn't find it on any site. Thanks for your help!

AFAIK Greater Restoration scrolls are not available if you have ToB installed. Any greater rest scrolls you may have bought become lesser restoration scrolls. [Considering that G.Restoration now heals the WHOLE darn party I am *not* suprised...]

Thanks! I don't have ToB installed yet so does anyone have the code for both types of scrolls?
