any useful Pally spells, I dont want to get stuck with cure spells and other ****ty spells..death ward is okay, but any others??
Paladins ought to get some compensation for their loss of steed, maybe more smite evil attempts pr day?

Paladin and ranger spell progression in IWD2 is so slow as to be, basically, a non issue. OTOH, there are holy avengers. The normal version is quite nice, so I'm eager to see the HOF mode version.
