Where is the boat docks in Vivec?

I have searched vivec far and wide (which is some achievement that place is huge). I have found the various gondola rides for around Vivec, but I am looking for the boat ride to another town. I even bought a map of Vivec and it is not on there (the docks I mean). Any suggestions.

Its over by the Silt Striders. You should be able to see it.

Yes to follow up paulsbo's post its kind of hard to find, so dont be to embarrassed you missed it. I had to carefully direct him to the boat, and he forgot where it was two more times after I told him where it was, so youre not alone, Bishop!
You get off the silt strider-be sure to stay close to the coast and walk towards Vivec, but be sure to hug the coast, cause the boat is down a small hill (Kind of hard to see) If you follow the coast, you should run into it.

You could also just go to another town(with a traveling boat), and sail to Vivec. But this is quite pointless to write, now when you have got your answer's.
