Some sparse questions from a newbie

Hi, folks! I've been lurking for quite some time... it's time to hit the spotlight
I have two questions, with a ton of advance thanks to offer to the pious individual that offers me the answers.
One: I finished SoA with a party of six (my main, Imoen, Viccy, Jaheira, Keldorn and Edwin) and as ToB starts, half of my party incuding the main guy stays behind in Suldanessellar. Big bug here, cap'n... rudder full starboard! ;-)
Two: I entered Tob (importing from final save) without completely ending Viccy's romance (I'm near the handmaiden's attack point... you know the stuff). Have I a chance to continue the romance? If yes, from what point?

You'll meet your party soon. And keep with all romancing stuff. Just keep playing

I've seen o the tactics page that with viccy and keldorn in the same party they will enevitably go off and duel at some oint, just as aerie will beg you to drop korgan or she'll leave.
how did you avoid this?

I've read that if your main char has charisma of 18 or such naturally, then Edwin and Minsc, Viccy and Kellie don't fight... WEll, tehy will fight, but they can stay in the same group.
Not sure though... Haven't tested.

The fight is triggered by random party interaction dialogues - the party's rep, protagonist's charisma or anything else have nothing to do with it. The thing is that the dialogues are "random", and sometimes doesn't happen at all for some players. So no dialogue means no fighting.
About Viconia's romance, it will continue - you don't really need to completely finish a romance for it to continue. It will continue as if you have completed it in SoA (so this is where completing it will help makes more sense).

BTW, it's kinda sad she *had* to die. The ending of her romance is by far the most well written of the three, and the overall tragic atmosphere is a real roleplaying payoff between hack and slash

Thanks... the only thing I regret now is that I imported my last savegame. I'm afraid I've lost all the nice eye bonuses, do I?
Well, to hell with the bonuses. After all, my main is a monk... he DOES have a stunningly low AC and WILL BE immune to normal weapons
Martial arts, the key to invincibility! Yay!
