Hi.
I have visited anomens father, and decided to find proof of saerks murderer on anomens sister. But when i go there i have no choise but killing saerk, witch is not the way of solving the problem, because anomen becomes a murderer.
There is a lawful way......but how?

Its been awhile but

There should have been an option where you make it obvious the father is only accusing the other guy out of greed. I think maybe you have to suggest to turn it over to the authorities. I forget the exact dialogue choices.

But yeah you screwed up and need to go to a save before Anomens conversation with his dad if you can.

Im afraid it's to late to save Saerk, and Anomen's place in The Order. If you do not have a save game that is.

Sorry, but you can't do anything to investigate Moira's murderers. You just have to sit and wait around until some Messenger dude pops around.

And, I should know.. I've played through this romance four times, both ways.

But, if you really want Anomen to be LG as for alignment reasons, there is always SK.

Its the wisdom staying at 12 and not jumping to 16 that sucks

Ano is cool both way methinks...

He is a strong duel so even with low widsom he does very well

until Hla's start showing up youl be hard put to find a better fighter than Holy power followed by rightous magiced Ano

And thats ignoring his turn undead ability

He still gets a nice amount of spells, being cn has some advantages as well.. think about all those Unholy blights pesky Kua toans cast.. Not to mention being allowed to 'live life on the edge' a little more than with some punkish lg knighty boy breathing down your neck like he could even stop you if he tried

Yeah, but with 16 Wisdom, he is without a doubt the best Cleric in the game due to his dual fighter/cleric nature and his pretty decent physical stats.

My point is though.. he is still a very solid pc without it, so its not worth crying over

actually Viconia is the best cleric in the game since she has 18 wisdom. she however doesn't have physical strength like Anomen does.
also I once got a bug with Anomen's quest, It was the 2nd or 3rd time with him and I got him to do the good path and instead of telling his father what he should of the intro conversation happened again. then I told him to do the good path again and that time the right conversation happened.
that fight in the evil path is hard though since on the 2nd floor everyone targets Anomen automatically and there's at least 6 guys and worse yet Anomen walks in the middle of the battle field in the start up talk on that floor. there's also so many archer's that it's impossible to cast a healing spell. and you can't go downstairs without bringing the whole group with you either (and the enemies will just follow you right away after that).

This happened to me also, well, it still does actually. but, it's only a minor inconvenience.

Yeah I kow Viconia has 18 wisdom, and you know what? Despite that, id take Anomen over her any day. The 2 extra wisdom doesnt compensate Anomens vastly superior physical attributes, hit points, and thaco (due to being dualed from a fighter)

Hell yes! Not to mention the fact that he can attack more than once per round... Ever

Viconia is a reasonable caster but a miserable fighter... And since clerical spells cast slow and arnt a patch on mage spells for dealing damage that makes her a mediocre caster too inheritly

Id take JAHEIRA before Viconia, unless I was playing evil and felt like Rp'ing

Viconia does have a saving grace. She has good dexterity, and there are some very good slings in the game. So I do take her along and just arm her with one of the many excellent slings, and she does ok in that regard.

But were I making the "perfect party", the choice would be obvious as to which is better.

You could also just take Viconia with you, and give her a Girdle of Hill\Frost\Fire giant strenght. That should Fix her bad strenght.

Then there is only her ridicules con of 8 to think about

Okay, okay, but with the strenght, and super wisdom, she's better than Anomen(not to mention that she could also be using Crom Feyer!)

I don't disagree! I would prefer her over Anoymen any time.
