Basicly this is a thread where you can fight other board members, their made-up characters vs. yours.
First a couple rules:
1. No one post kills
2. Be creative, don't use same strat over and over
3. Constantly escaping death is looked down upon
4. Do not enter ongoing fight unless invited
5. The arena repares its self but try to stop alot of structural damage
6. Have fun

lets get started

A large domed arena open to the sky with 2 double doors, on one side is a bar, next to it is a smaller pair of doors labeled infirmary:quiet.
Suddenly the doors open, a masked figure all in black walks in with the grace of death. Two short swords apear almost magicly on his hands "does anyone have the guts to challenge me?"

Not to be annoying or anything.

But starting this thread is kinda useless....
Why??

USER WILL KILL US ALL ANYWAY WITH HIS UBER-POWERFULL BUNBUN.........
there is no way we can win that....

.........Though my ARcheR (- Necromancer) (if this combination can be made "real") wont step back from a good fight .......

So bring it on anyway!!!!

Im confused and scared by this thread, so im going to stick around and see what its about....

go then, I order you peons to fight for my amusment (ho ho ho)

(Id still like to know what kind of shortswords they are...)

If we are using hacked characters let me just use my 100,000 hit point, 25/25/25/25/25/25 stat, kensai/sorceror/assassin, all lvl 40, blah blah blah

you get my point

The shortswords are my own i created them in IEEP. One is the Dragons Tear +3, it can stun opponets on hits. The other is the Vipers Sting +3 and does poision damage.
So ArChErS you want to fight? *smiles evily*

Aight.........no hacked characters then I guess......this would be the most "fair" thing I think.

( I guess my ARcheR - neCRoMAnCeR doesnt count either then....although his stats are pretty decent (14-19-16-15-16-16)......and I wouldnt give him any extra spells or attacks, etc)

Tell me if this character would be allowed...cause else my character would just be a plain ARcheR

BUT my ARcheR does has his own bow.........its +4 and has some pretty good immunities (stun, fear, domination, maze, imprisonment) and it can heal ones a day.

So im ready for the fight anyway

As long as you don't hack stats/give your person majorpowers and immunities anything goes.

Aight lets get this on then........u know the "powers" of my bow now dont ya........so mind you that dominating spells are uselless.

The black doors open with a tremendous noise. Out comes a red dressed and slightly black hooded man. His eyes shine under his black hood and his hands glow. In his hands he has a green Bow with a slightly red faint.....the man, who is probably an Half-Elf at the first impression, holds the bow with the outmost skill and care. At his back hes got a quiver with, so it seems, an endless amount of arrows.

Upon entering the Arena he slightly bows out of politement. Immiddialty after this his stature changes and somehow you feel his powers increasing. His red leather armor shines even brighter and he takes an arrow out of his quiver. He puts it on his bow and brings the bow to shooting place, his eyes tightening.....ready to make the first shot.

After just one second of positioning the target he fires the arrow....it appraoches with great speed.... and even while the arrow just left the bow, you allready see his hands moving. There comes an even greater glow from this impressive, beautifull dressed, but "medium sized" Half- Elf. He is obviously preparing a spell..........

The moment the figure enters the room I spring into action running tthe left and forward I duck and roll the arrow wistles harmlessly over head. Comming out of my roll just in fornt of Archer I spin, my left blade going twords the neck, my right going tworads your stomach. PS i wont be around for a couple of hours

With this elegant attack I am quite suprised. Just before you are able to hit me I am able to finish my spell: Spirit Armor.

I manage to dodge the sword which aims for my neck and to block the one going to my stomach with my bow.
With the new Spirit Armor upon myself and the magic and armor benefits which comes with it, the poison which jumps from the colision of your sword with my bow doesnt affect me.

I give you a slight punch with my bow and I dodge backwards while you tumble back a bit.....this time I put two arrows on my bow and wait for your next move......

After a supprisingly agile counterattack I back off with more respect than I had at the beginning of the battle. Suddenly, pulling out of seemingly nowhere a throwing knife I filck it a the bow(this isn't meant to break anything it is merely trying to break your concentration) and charge both swords flying.

With this swift attack I am quite suprised. The dagger seemed to come out of nowere and because of its black shape its even harder for me to point out were it is flying. I instantly know that this is gonna be a stealthy battle.

The last 2 meters I suddenly see the dagger and I can barely dodge it.........I lost my concentration and I had to remove my bow from shooting position in order to dodge the dagger.....but I allready see you attacking, swiftly

Fortunatly you arent that fast near me because you first had to equip your sword again......I manage to quickly repositon my bow in shooting position and I fire 1 arrow. The second I quickly put on the bow and anticipate your next dodge on my first arrow so my second will have maximum effect.

In the meantime I am slightly preparing a spell.....just to make sure nothing goes wrong.......

10 Banshee dollars on Archer to win...

20 Banshee dollars that this gets moved to SYM...

I bet every peice of matter in the universe that I wont be able to pay said bet if I loose (Ho ho ho)

A Neutral Evil assasin fighter, apears from the shadows behind Archer_s, Engages critical strike and backstabbs for 480 dmg (Average critical hit backstabb of my current char, no hacking involved)

GRRRRRRRRR!!!!
Gnomethingy, how terrible sad, trying to win a battle by letting 2 people fight and then attacking in the back!

Fortunatly I manage too slightly dodge your backstab...and my spirit armor slightens the amount of damage you do.
Unfortunatly you still do some pretty massive damage and im quite near death.

In an outburst of anger I finish the spell I was preparing: Wail of the Banshee. I do a massive amount of damage and obliterate both of my opponents.........

WHOS NEXT!!!!
