i am now in dragon's eye. in the eastern part of the map i am supposed to free some prisoners. a guy (nheero fuutma?) says i should disable the alarm first. how can i disable the alarm?

how do i reach the chest in dragon's eye exit and how do i leave the level? i ve beaten the boss.
