I am level 9 knight and i can't open door in one of last quests
for Imperial Legion - Underground of Imperial Comission in
Ebonheart - Quest with returning of artefact - Lord's Mail.
I must find a scroll Open door for opening level 100.

OK-well many of the Ekash's Lock Splitter Spells can be found at random in many bandit caverns. So I know thats not much of a help, but.................

If you go outside Ebonhart, under the water on the Northwest side, there should be a door entering a secret passage/enclave that eventually leads up to the person whos got the Lords Mail. So you can avoid that door all together if you want.

if you dont mind a little "cheating" add a skeleton key to a convenient location and pick it up
