Help! Everyone get in the way... Literally

Annoyingly, I found difficult to walk pass them. NPCs stand between columns, doorways, right middle of staircases or corridors, etc., and don't want to move from there. Sometimes they are even floating to make sure I cannot pass, and it's nothing to do with the storyline. I've been using Levitate and Jump spells just to go through doors and arches.
Is there any way to fix this? I didn't have the problem until recently.

Well, I've been doing that. It worked before, but now it's getting worse. In some area (ie. the first room of the Mages Guild in Vivec), two people stand in front of the archway or on a staircase and stay there for God knows how long...

They always do that. Its not a bug or anything. And they keep doing that throughout the game.
Try sidestepping. And just keep sidestepping if you cant get through with the initial sidestep. That usually does the trick.

Had same px. Thinking of killing a few just to clear my path. Will it harm my reputation?

just bring down the console with tilde and typ "tcl" and you can float through them. type it again to become material again.

That's what I always say: REMEMBER always to have alot of points in acrobatics, so you can jump right over them!
