Remember the good days when Street Fighter, and Mortal Kombat were in the prime time of video games....the 2d Fighting game? Well, I stumbled upon this engine called MUGEN which enables the user to create their own 2D fighting game (including characters, stages, etc) :) I've seen characters from Dragonball Z to X-Men, and I seem to have gotten hooked on playing the games (I'm much too lazy to make my own).....especially since I loved the old 2d fighting genre. Just thought I'd bring this up in case anyone remembers back in the day ;)

BTW - Spam is allowed....probably even necessary :D

I think this site has most of the necessary information:
http://mugenguild.cjb.net/

EDIT - I'll try and find some finished games now..... :)
EDIT 2 - Er....I can't find any in English, and some of the ones that are in English have some bad things in them.....in other words...no more links until I stumble upon something......

Nope. :D , only need Linux to make your own game with the newest version, so if you just want to download them you're set :)

Just a second....time to do a broad range search ;)

EDIT - Would French be a better language?

@the Z, I read Spanish somewhat well...not fluent, but oh well, english would be best.

@Vinin, I can give you the download because the game is in English, but for some reason it's hosted on German/Spanish/French sites, which throws me off

EDIT - Here's the one...It's a German site, but there's a big download sign in the middle http://dbz.4players.de/utilities/develo ... ugen2.php3

I found something, but it's via a strange site.
Englisch would be best naturally, but other then that it doens't matter.
But you don't need to search for it. I can do that too. I was hoping you'd have a link ready. :)

Can you find links to the xmen stuff too? This has turned into a 3-way conversation...wonder how long we can keep it up?

Here's another DBZ one that I found http://users.swing.be/dragonball/monjeuv3.htm, with more characters.....the password for the archive (it's a password protected archive, so you can't extract without the password) is: http://www.dragonball-fury.net in case you can't read French, and "telecharger" = download in French

@Vinin, I'm trying to find an X-men one
