Okay, I give up. Where is he? I haven't run through the /entire/ Main Halls with true sight nor do I wish to. I've got all kinds of handy sorcerers only stuff I'd like to use.

You are reffering about the mage trapped into a stone right, Jerial IIRC. He is inside the east near from the Lifespring wells.
