skill editor?

Is there a program or something to change where your skills are. I dont want to start over. My mage is skilled in sneak and i dont want it there. Is there any way to change it?

Yes, you can use the console key, then type in the cheat: See below for SPOILER. If you do this, however, its harder to advance levels, since if this is one of your major or minor skills, you can't train/advance unless you go up levels.
