Hey can you become an ordinator, or one of those military guys w/ the glass armor at Ghost gate?

You cant. The closest thing you can become to it, is become leader of the Temple.

Well, actually, you -can- kind of sort of become an honorary Ordinator. There's a misc quest in Vivec for the Ordinators themselves... tracking down "Jane the Ripper". The reward for that is they actually hand you a suit of ordinator armor.... but warn you not to wear it in Vivec.

Could somebody pls tell me where/how to find Jane the Ripper in Vivec ? I have been looking and asking for a woman with a skirt, Netch Armor and a dagger all over the Hlaalu Canton, but nobody could tell me anything !

IIRC, it has to be Foreign Quarter, not Hlaalu.
