If you haven't tried it yet, try looking in a dunmer temple or The Mages guild.

Has anyone found that light spell useful, however? I haven't tried it since the first week of the game's release, but it struck me as pretty unnecessary. Most taverns and roads were easy to navigate without it.

I haven't tried it, but isn't Night Eye better? Cause' I have Night Eye as constant effect.

Right-the light spell is almost 100% useless. Night eye is all you need, and even that isnt THAT necessary, though it helps.

That's true. But I like having Night Eye on, good for the eyes, instead of some dark and murky dungeon darkness.

I never said nighteye was bad. Nighteye is good, its just not necessary. It makes things easier, for sure.
